Rimmel London Stay Matte Foundation Review

Today I’m going to talk about the Rimmel London Stay Matte Foundation. I had heard a lot about the Rimmel London Stay Matte powder. I was actually looking for the powder, but they did not have the powder in my shade and during that time I saw the Rimmel London Stay Matte Foundation. Who doesn’t love a good base?

It comes in 7 shades (True ivory, soft beige, classic beige, sand, natural beige, true nude, and golden beige). I got the shade “True Nude.”

Colorbar Quick Finish Nail Paint in Oodles of Pink

There is bit of a story behind this nail color. A week back I went to the spa to get a nice pedicure and manicure done and as usual I was searching for a nice nail polish. I found a color got it painted on my nails. It was a beautiful neon pink. I tried to check if they had a fresh piece which I could buy, but unfortunately they did not sell the nail polishes. The entire week I received loads of compliments on the nail polish shade and that increased my need for the nail polish (see how a want changes to a need for a girl). So my search started for the exact match and it finished at the Colorbar counter – the color ‘Oodles of Pink’

It’s a beautiful neon pink color. The formula is quick drying which makes it really convenient to use. The brush is quite nice. It fans well on the nail and that makes the application easy and quick. All the colors in this range as beautiful, especially good for spring summer, actually I can wear these colors throughout the year.

L’oreal Hair Spa Smoothing Cream Bath Review

L’oreal Hair Spa Smoothing Cream Bath

I have really frizzy hair and I have to very frequently get hair spa done to keep my frizzy hair in control.  Every time I use to go for a spa I use to end up spending Rs. 1500 to 2000. While exploring the shelves of a beauty store I saw the L’oreal Hair Spa Smoothing Cream Bath, a blue tub which all the ladies will be aware of if they get a hair spa done. It’s the most commonly used product in spas.

Price: INR 580 for 500 gm

L’Oréal says-

Continue your personal hair spa experience, with this sensory massage service, after the system 1 shampoo. This smoothing formula is based on purified water, cationic agent and conditioning silicone. The hair gains manageability and softness, for healthy-looking hair with beautiful shine.

L’oreal Hair Spa Smoothing Cream Bath

Directions for use:

Blend a generous amount of the nourishing cream bath with the corresponding scalp concentrate (1 capsule). Apply the blend to shampoo and towel dried hair. Distribute evenly and massage thoroughly into hair and scalp for 20 minutes. Comb and leave for 10 minutes using a steamer or warm towel. Rinse thoroughly and finalize treatment with the energizing scalp lotion, in case of contact with eyes rinse them immediately.

My experience –

The product comes in a tub which I feel makes it really convenient for scoping out the product. It’s a thick cream which doesn’t drip or create a mess. The fragrance is a little strong for my liking but it goes away after you wash your hair, leaving a soft post wash fragrance. I generally skip the hot towel part and use it more like a hair mask on towel dry hair. My hair becomes really soft and less frizzy every time I use it. I use it once a week to restore the moisture in my hair.

Overall I love this product and will give it a 4.5/5.

My love for accessories !!

I have not met any girl who doesn’t like accessories, may it be jewelry, shoes, belts or bags. these make a huge part of a girls wardrobe.

I feel that right accessory can make an average dress look amazing and also can break a look completely.

I love bags, and the picture shows what happened when I was left alone in a mall with store that had sign boards to say SALE in red and capital. I ended up buying 2 hand bags, a scarf and a belt all in a span of 15 mins!!! I can’t even mention how good I feel after shopping!!

Retail therapy is the best!!

Let me know if you would like to know about what all I carry in my handbag.

My July 2015 Fab bag

I love it when I come back home to see a beautiful golden fab bag sitting on my table.

This month the #fabbag theme is the ‘Red Carpet’. The bag itself is more like a clutch bag that you can take when you are going out. I love gold and so I instantly fell in love with the bag.

There are two full size products in the bag. Below is the complete list of products.
