We checked in to the W Santosa this afternoon. Had an amazing welcome with a great refreshing drink. We were welcomed in our room by amazing chocolates! We spent our evening walking by the Quayside Isle followed by dinner at one of the many restaurants at Quayside Isle.

This year, like everyone else, I made a resolution. I make a resolution every year and every year I start really strong but as I finish the first week of the year, I’m back to square one! This year, I decided that I need to be more serious with one of my resolution, which was to live a more healthy life and to exercise regularly.
I know that I need something that will keep me motivated and keep me on track. While searching for an app on the phone, I came across ‘Healthifyme’. This is an Indian app and so tracking food is easier (it has Indian food which is not in other apps that I have tried). I tracked food for a few days and then I paid some amount for 3 month premium subscription. I could choose a nutritionist and a fitness instructor. I spoke to both of them and they created special plan for me, keeping in mind my schedule and medical condition.
I have been using this app for 3 weeks now and have seen an improvement in my overall health. I have been eating healthy and ensure that I work out regularly. The nutritionist and a fitness instructor have their WhatsApp group as well. There are times when I feel I should give up and this group motivates all the people who are a part of the group. It’s really fun. I have learnt a lot of new recipes and have made a lot of friends as well.
I’m happy that I downloaded this app. It’s really great. I did lose 2 Kgs in my first 3 weeks!! I hope this trend continues! Will keep all of you posted as my journey progresses!
