L’Oreal Paris launched its Cannes 2015 collection sometime in May or end of April. This range had a lot of other things but their gel eyeliners are a stunners!! Today I will review the “Sapphire Blue” from their collection.
Lately I have been obsessed with blue eyeliner and have been wearing this for almost every day for the last 2 weeks. I think it could also be that fall is here!!
